Home Days 12, 13 & 14

6-24 through 26-07

The past couple of days have been pretty routine. Miles is 90% back to normal. If it were not for that big, old cast, he'd be 100% back. The biggest challenge has been keeping him from getting bored. He's getting pretty spoiled having a group of entertainers at his beck and call. Things are going to be pretty challenging for mom and dad when Lola and Lolo go home!

Tomorrow will be a big day. Miles goes back to speech therapy (occupational therapy on Thursday). We returned the reclined wheelchair and feel that the new wagon should be a far better replacement. Typically his appointments are an hour, but both of his therapists will call it a success if we get 15 good minutes out of Miles this week! Positioning is going to be a major hurdle since he usually does his therapy sitting upright. We'll see.

Using the nebulizer to cool off Miles' back.

Miles with his first kitty visitor, and, once again, he slept through it.

Miles in his new big, humongous wagon. Thanks Grandmother!
